They installed plumbing, heating, and air conditioning and completed detailed preservation projects throughout the property.
Duncan Manor is also home to a not-for-profit organization funded by community donations. In addition, the family plans to open the property to the public regularly.
There is a $5 tour of the grounds. This tour is meant to be a scary one. Many people have reported paranormal experiences at the house.
